Clinique Community Coordinator Kyalami - Head Office
Clinique brand. As such, the Community Coordinator is expected to manage online communities by responding to consumer queries in an efficient, timeous manner. Coordinate asset management with local and international brand teams; perform planning, scheduling and monitoring of content provided in communication calendars, working in line with the content strategy developed by the Corporate Community Manager. Responsible to support the Corporate Community Manager in managing daily consumer engagements and branded content across the various Social Media properties of Clinique in South Africa. • The Community Coordinator will support the Corporate Community Manager and Marketing brand teams in briefing publishers and media owners on digital media campaigns, coordinate planning of such campaigns, including the facilitation of content production, event support and consumer activation. • In this context, the Community Coordinator will have a dotted line reporting relationship with the Marketing Manager of the Clinique brand that he/she is supporting. As such, the Community Coordinator will be working very closely with his/her Brand teams to understand the business challenges/opportunities of the Brand, and to assist in developing relevant social/digital programs that will maximize the Brands’ growth potential, in line with the Corporate Community Manager and Online Strategy. • Additionally, the Community Coordinator will also work with his/her Brands’ PR specialist to assist with a cohesive and appropriate influencer and blogger strategy for Clinique, in line with the corporate strategy, and Corporate Community Manager’s guidance per brand and function.
Consumer Insights Manager Johannesburg
• The Manager of Consumer Insights will be responsible for the CI strategy for all brands and corporate projects in the affiliate • Implement Consumer Insight strategy for brands and provide strategic direction and recommendations on all matters related to Consumer Research. • Ensure alignment with the brands’ marketing strategy and leverage consumer insight knowledge within the organization. • Analyze data from various sources in order to ensure that the business acts proactively on the information at its disposal. • Ensure that the Consumer is at the heart of all relevant initiatives in the affiliate to enable brands within the affiliate to grow, evolve and become more locally relevant • Ensure alignment with Corporate Marketing strategy and objectives on regional and global level • Provide strategic direction and recommendations on all matters related to Consumer Research, be it methodology, vendor selection, analysis, deployment of learning, etc. • Ensure flawless and timely execution of global/regional or locally led research. • Provide training and education to leverage consumer and market insight knowledge within the organization. • Be a center of expertise on areas specific to the affiliate environment (e.g. shopper, equity or advertising testing). • Maximize the use of information and data available from different sources in the affiliate to provide relevant insights to the business, especially when available CRM, Social Media and Syndicated data (NPD, IRI, Nielsen, consumer panels, Media Consumption data) • Be an expert on the local Shopper from research methodologies and techniques to trends and retailers specifies, as it concerns service and other trade related activities.
